How to prepare spicy Fried Rice

 



FRIED RICE RECIPE  

Ingredients
  • 4 cups of rice
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables ( Carrots, Green peas, Green beans, Green pepper, sweet corn, spring onions and baked beans)
  • 2 balls of onions (diced)
  • Beef Liver and Sausage (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme 
  • 3 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 2 cups of Chicken/Turkey stock 
  • 3 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • Seasoning Cubes
  • Salt 
 PROCEDURES

  • Preheat the oil in a cooking pot, throw in the onions and fry for two minutes
  • Add the stock and add the rice into the stock and fry for five minutes and water, add the curry, thyme, salt and seasoning cubes, stir properly and cook for 10 minutes
  •  Add the mixed vegetables, sausage and beef liver and stir together to mix the rice and the ingredients together
  • Cook still very soft and not sticky
  • Ready to serve
It can be served and garnished with

salad, fried plantain, spiced/grilled chicken or turkey.
